LEAGUEPAD - License agreement

IMPORTANT -- READ CAREFULLY: This License Agreement is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Christophe Bouscaut, ("AUTHOR") for the software product identified above, which includes computer software and may include associated media or files, printed materials, and "online" or electronic documentation ("SOFTWARE PRODUCT"). By installing, copying, or otherwise using the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, you agree to be bound by the terms of this license agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this license agreement, do not install or use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.

COPYRIGHT
All titles and rights to the SOFTWARE PRODUCT are exclusively owned by the AUTHOR. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.

NON-COMMERCIAL USE
The SOFTWARE PRODUCT can only be used for legal, personal, non-commercial purposes. It is strictly forbidden to use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT in any commercial organization or for any direct or indirect commercial purpose without prior written agreement from the AUTHOR.

PUBLISHING EXPORTED FILES
You agree not to use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT to generate web pages or any other types of publications featuring copyrighted or otherwise protected content. It is your responsibility to make sure that you own any required authorizations, licenses or other intellectual property rights before you publish any content or material.

SOFTWARE PRODUCT LICENSE
You have the right to use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT for a trial period of 30 days. At the end of this trial period, you must either register the SOFTWARE PRODUCT by acquiring a valid license or discontinue using it and remove it from your computer. After registering the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, you will have the right to continue using the SOFTWARE PRODUCT on one computer. It is strictly forbidden to give, distribute, grant, rent, sell or resell the license to use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT or the license key used to register the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. Any license and license key acquired for the use of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT is strictly granted to the individual who has acquired it and cannot be transferred to anyone or any other entity, even temporarily, for any reason whatsoever. It is striclty forbidden to unlock the program with a license key that is not entered in combination with the first name and last name of the person unlocking the program and using the program.

FEATURES
The current version of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT and new versions or updates of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT may include features or functionalities that are different from the features and functionalities available in previous versions and updates of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. As a result, some features or functionalities may have been added and others may have been modified, replaced or removed from a previous version or update of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT
There is no technical support provided for the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, whether or not you have purchased a license to use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. The AUTHOR does not warrant the use of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT will be uninterrupted or error free, nor that program errors will be corrected.

CUSTOMER REMEDIES.
The AUTHORS''s and his suppliers'' entire liability and your exclusive remedy shall be a refund of the lowest of the price paid to purchase the program, the retail price set by the AUTHOR, and the amount of 90 (ninety) euros.

LIMITED WARRANTY
THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT IS PROVIDED "AS-IS". YOU INSTALL AND USE THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT AT YOUR OWN RISKS. YOU INTERPRETE INFORMATION AND DATA PROVIDED BY THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT AT YOUR OWN RISKS. YOU PUBLISH DATA PROVIDED BY THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT AT YOUR OWN RISKS.

NO OTHER WARRANTIES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE AUTHOR AND ITS SUPPLIERS DISCLAIM ALL OTHER WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, WITH REGARD TO THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT, AND THE PROVISION OF OR FAILURE TO PROVIDE SUPPORT SERVICES. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS. YOU MAY HAVE OTHERS, WHICH VARY FROM STATE/JURISDICTION TO STATE/JURISDICTION.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHOR OR HIS SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION, OR ANY OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT OR THE PROVISION OF OR FAILURE TO PROVIDE SUPPORT SERVICES, EVEN IF THE AUTHOR HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
